The traditional method used by dentists at the start of prosthetics with implants and has not lost its relevance to this day consists in fixation of restoration onto an abutment using cement.

This is an excellent solution for divergent implant positions when screw access holes exiting on a buccal surface and cause aesthetic imperfections.
